Through an enabling act passed by the 1969 Legislature, the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries, and Agriculture Center Board are co-sponsors of the fair of Alabama and pay a portion of the premiums, prizes, and awards given by Alabama fairs in cooperation with The Alabama Cooperative Extension System and 4-H Clubs, Vocational Agricultural Departments, FFA Chapters, Family and Consumer Science Departments and FHA Chapters. We cordially invite everyone to the Fair to see exhibits depicting the excellence and progress of our livestock, agricultural, industrial, and educational programs in this area of Alabama. The Fair is for your enjoyment and entertainment.
