Zone rental: min $350.00 per day. (Price based on activity planned)

 

Fixed buildings rental in addition to zone rental (Restroom use $50.00 per day)

 

Trash/litter pickup required for all zone rentals (Event host responsibility) A $250.00 cleaning deposit is required prior to event and will be returned  at the end of the event if facility is cleaned by host.

 

(Dumpster use $75.00 dumping fee)

 

Food Truck parking $75.00 per truck/trailer, (Copy of Business license must be provided)

 

$1 mil liability insurance and “Hold Harmless” agreement required (normally avail at less than $100.00 per day).
